A: It's easy, just go to our order form page, fill it out, hit the submit button and leave the rest to us.

Q: Do I need any special equipment or software?
A: No, we are a full-service company. We provide the equipment, the photographer and the technical knowledge to get your virtual tours and still shots online.
Q: Do I need a web site?
A: No, allvirtualhomes.com hosts the virtual tours on their own servers and can provide links to the virtual tours for use on MLS and other sites like Realtor.com.
Q: Do I have to be a techie or know much about the web?
A: No, allvirtualhomes.com offers a variety of service packages that include uploading photos and links to various websites for you.
Q: What is the turn around time...when will I be able to view the virtual tour?
A: 24-48 hours after the tours and photos are taken.
Q: What if I already have a web site?
A: That's okay, allvirtualhomes.com can either email the photos and virtual tour link to the webmaster or put the information on your site for you.
Q: What condition does the property need to be in?
A: The property should be ready to be shot before the photographer arrives. It
should be as clean as if for a showing. Please remove or hide anything you don't want
photographed, such as toys, trash cans, etc. All lights should be on and ceiling
fans off.
Q: What if the appointment is cancelled or missed?
A: If you cancel or miss a scheduled appointment, without 24 hours notice, there is a $35
cancellation fee. The photographer will only wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment
time.
